While everything worked fine, I feel like everything could stand to be more performant. There were noticeable wait times for several actions taken. - How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?
Figuring out what to sell and how to design the page are quite difficult! Also, while the process was quite straightforward, adding products did take some time to do. I could see this being a very time-intensive process for merchants with lots of products to sell. I didn't look around in detail, but are there bulk-loading tools? - What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?
Becoming a seller (even with a fake store like this) is exciting! I'll have to put some thought into whether I could find anything worth selling because I would love to dig in further to what's available for creating a store. Despite the fact that it did take a bit of manual effort to get things working, I can see how much faster this would be than trying to stand something up myself and how much cheaper it would be from contracting out a developer to build something!
